SEPTON is a styrene thermoplastic elastomer developed using original Kuraray technology. SEPTON has the elasticity of rubber but can be molded like plastic. Using SEPTON as a base, SEPTON compound is produced by a combination of a variety of additives, such as polyolefin and process oil. SEPTON compound is used as a substitute for PVC and vulcanized rubber in such products as automobile and electrical components, writing materials, toys and sporting goods.
